I'm now a month from the marathon. It was important for me to figure out where I am with training. That meant trimming back the mileage somewhat to run a solid half marathon. The race went well, well enough that I feel fairly confident. Otherwise, it was an uneventful running week. The training at this point is what it is. I get up, run, work, eat, sleep. When I'm done with one workout, I think about recovering for the next. It's not obsessive -- I won't make running the only thing I do outside work -- but it is second nature.Miles: 62
